Thank you for choosing Core Ski Camps. There are two ways you can register with us:

1. Complete our online form
2. If you are in Whistler, you may register directly at the Core Camps office

Deposit

To reserve your camp space, a $500 CAD deposit is required within 7 days of registering for 1 ~ 3 week camp programs.
For 4+ week camp programs a $1000 deposit is required.
Final payment (minus deposit) is due 45 days before your camp start date.

Please add 12% HST tax to program prices.

Payment Methods

Once we have received your registration, we will e-mail you a confirmation, tonnes of useful camp info and invoice with payment options (Visa, MC, Amex, JCB or Bank Transfer)

Please contact us by e-mail or phone at any time if you have any questions or do not receive a confirmation within 72 hours.

Cancellation Policies

If you cancel 45 days or more before the start date of your camp program, you are entitled to a full refund, minus your deposit.

If you cancel 45 days or less before the start date of your course, you are entitled to a full refund, minus $1500.

There are no refunds after the camp start date

Riders wishing to postpone their camp to later in the same season may do so with at least two week prior notice

In case of injury, having proper travel insurance with a trip cancellation/trip interruption policy is your best option for reimbursement. Check with your insurance provider about this option. Core Camps can provide all information required for insurance claims

Riders who register through a Core Camps agent must obtain their refund directly from the agent.
